Probably the best thing you can do in this beautiful city as a tourist? I liked that it was long and that the captain, who also was the guide, was knowledgeable and a very nice older man. The guide was a mix of his ideas and a tape recorder, a good combination.

I must say the price is ok. The tour was very nice. There are ooen and closed boats. The cruises go every 30 minutes alternating open-close boates. You have to book a tour in advance. But we went directly to the shop and get in a open boat after 15minutes of waiting. The tour took about 50minutes around the canal surrounding the town Harlem. Explaination were in englush and german, depending on guest on board. The open cruise was nice and not too cold. It is also easier to do nice photos📸

We did not book prior and were able to purchase tickets for four. We enjoyed refreshments whilst waiting and chilled wine 🍷 The open top boat was not available and we boarded the enclosed one, even with the roof open it was extremely hot ( a very hot day) the trip lasted 50mins with a recorded tour detailing the history of buildings, tunnels and the canal. Excellent value and a lovely way to see the many wonderful buildings from the canal. I highly recommend!

A great Boat Tour when visiting Haarlem. The guide can speak different languages and can add several insights to the included audio guide. The drive went through different canals and singels while passing historical buildings and nature. Definitely a recommendation! Thanks to the team!

Absolutely horrible experience, they are like Conor mcgreggor on the water they do not care about any boats around them they only care about how much they can take from tourists. If you care about ethics this place is to avoid at all costs. Any other operator that does tours is better in Haarlem. As a local I despise their ethics manor and attitude towards tourists and locals and say Please Stay Away!
